If it does, then I cleaned the kitchen, did dishes, tidied the house, folded two/three baskets of laundry.

incidental exercise definately makes a different tamarA. im a clean freak so i never list it here on the exercise diary but every little bit helps

i also went for a run last night. mandie can vouch for that ebcause i was chatting to her and had to excuse myself so i could head off :)

2 runs down, one more to go this week :)
