1 hour Body Attack class
15 mins extra stretching

Was a little disappointed with the new Attack, have you done it yet Liz?? If so, what did you think?? I didn't find it as challenging as some of the older releases!

I havent done it yet but I heard it was really good?? Maybe that person was just a slacker! I heard that the plyometric track was more just jumping rather than plyo lunges. It sounds much easier (I like the hard ones too). The body step was easy too. The last track should be the hardest but it wasnt.

Yup it's just a lot of jacks and some side steps with jumps... There's no plyo lunges at ALL!!! And the running track is a lot shorter too, although admittedly I did duck out to the loo's at the start of it so I missed a bit, but even so it was still short!!!
Ah well :( Maybe I'm just a glutton for punishment!!!
