today i walked 3km pushing my son in his pram and delivering Avon catelogs(mum is an avon rep )
It was a glorious day here about 22 and sunny (unheard of here lately its rain or cold )

I am going to ring Fernwood tomorrow and renew my membership so i can lose it and feel great . I was a member a year and a half ago but with all thats been going on i only went a handfull of times . Hopefully it will boost my butt into action

Delivering catalogues sounds a great way to lose weight.
What is Fernwood? I'm guessing it's a diet club or a gym.

Fernwood is a big women's only gym. They have heaps in the cities and women's gyms seem to be very trendy at the moment and are popping up all over the place. We've had a Curves and a Contours open up in the last 6 months.

Yup thats the one only prob is it is right beside another gym where the muscle bound fellas go heheh i will have to go in the back way so i dont get :oops:
