the usual:

squats
push ups
sit ups

doing well with these each day and next week will alter my pledge a bit so my body doesnt get used to these all the time.

Cardio circuit thingie I had to squeeze in before work -
5 min Rower
10 min Jog - Intervals
5 min Spin Bike - Intervals
5 min Versaclimber - Intervals
