Today was my first day and I did:

45mins Yoga
45mins Pilates (oh my god that is hard, some of it I couldn't do and wont be able to for some time I imagine LOL)

30 mins in sauna - ah bliss, I know it's not exercise but it felt so good after a grueling class of spin :D .
