45mins - Gave my husband a massage
1 hour - Gave my husband reflexology (isnt he lucky)
1 1/2 hour - Walk (very hilly)
15 mins - Swim in the ocean (fully clothed LOL)
30mins - sit up & butt lifts

1 hour jog in the morning

3 hours of horse riding (man, my groin hurts!!!)
