Monday:
1 Mile WATP dvd (1.6km)
12 bodyweight squats
12 push ups on knees
12 static lunges

These last 3 came out of the Biggest Loser Change Your Life book...I want to start and try and complete the resistance circuit in the book for the beginners... I had to stop today as I have already been sick once today and the tummy is on an all-fired up high now!! Still I was true to my word and did the dvd AND I started the circuit!! :D

Yeah I do feel a bit better now...I think it was just the motion of all that movement that made me so queazy!! I am glad I perservered as the thought crossed my mind to just leave it....but I am glad I did it.....I still feel a bit blah! in the tummy but not as bad as this morning....I think it is the (no)noodles....won't be eating there ever again!

Tuesday:

5 minutes exercise bike

25 rows on my rowing machine (don't laugh people I am trying here!! LOL)

20 push ups (off the wall...don't know what they are called...any suggestions??)

20 body weight squats

Incidental exercise: 1.5 hours mowing the lawn at a constant pace.

In all seriousness I thought that after I got off the bike I would be warmed up enough to use the rowing machine, but apparently not! I ended up with a cramp in my thigh (they blinkin' well hurt!) you think I would have known to warm up a bit more!

Well done Ally you are doing an awesome job. Keep it up.

Oh and the push-ups off the wall are officially called....push ups off the wall. :D Ok so I made that up but I think it works. Great way to start the push ups and as you get stronger you can do them from something lower like the back of a chair or the edge of a low table and slowly progress to the knees so it is not such a shock to the bod.
