While training a client (was just me and her in the session so she wanted me to train with her :P) -
15 mins Walking on Treadmill
4 mins Spin Bike
Walking Lunges
2 x Isometric Squats
Was good cos I usually don't get to do any exercise on a Thursday because I have work in the morning and my course later on!

15 minutes walking up hills and across the beach - should have ebeen longer but I was running out of time before an appointment.

Will do 1/2 walk later today.

Got in the extra half hour walk, then spent half an hour dancing around like an idiot with my kids at Dane's school disco - ssssooo much fun! The other Mum's were all looking at me like I was insane but Dane loved it, and that's all that counts. hehehe (and I liked feeling like a kid again )
