I have gone for a 1/2 hour walk and done 15 mins of toning excersises.

I found a notice on our local pin-up board at the supermarket about Aqua Classes. I rang and someone who has a private pool has let a couple of fitness trainers have classes in their pool and the best thing is it is only 5mins away. I signed up straight away for 2 classes a week. I start tomorrow. :D

Now I have to find my bathers and see if they still fit. :oops:

Wow Fay, how wonderful to be doing Aqua Classes twice per week.

Here try these on, I bought you these nice bathers so you'd have something pretty to wear for your class. It they don't fit you now they will by the end of the course when you've got to your desired weight.

I do 2 sit-ups, 1 push up and a walk down the stairs!!!!!

Hi 2 fat,
just start off slowly with your exercise and increase a little each day.
I started out doing my exercise half heartedly but I realize the years will just roll on and I'll stay the same if I don't get my act together.
