Well I woke up this morning with a few aches and pains in some muscles after the Aquarobics yesturday which I obviously haven't used for awhile. :oops: I really enjoyed it though and have another class in the morning.

Even though I was a bit sore I still did a 2km walk today. :D

It has been so wet here with floods everywhere making it hard to walk outside so I purchased a Leslie Sansone Walking DVD off E-Bay. I hope that arrives soon, am looking forward to doing more walking. :D

Hi Pam,

A Fitness/ Personal Trainer is doing some classes in a private pool about 5mins away, have a class in about a 1/2 an hour.

I agree we have to catch up soon for lunch and that walk along the beach when the rain stops :( :evil: and you are settled at work. :D
