Week 5 Day 2
8 mins jogging, 5 mins walking, 8 mins jogging
Now what is shown above is what I was supposed to do but I had convinced myself it was something different and ended up doing a mish mash which went a little something like this.....
8 mins jog, 3 mins walk, 8 mins jog, 1 min walk, 4 min jog, 4 min walk, 4 min jog.
Anyway I got through it and was really pleased and legs are fantastic apart from silly blister I got on Tues at the gym due to threadbare socks. Will see how it feels for Friday but may need to push next day out to Sat.
