Week 6 Day 2
10 mins jogging, 3 mins walk, 10 mins jogging

Completed. This was done on Friday and is pretty much the last day where there are breaks. Haven't felt the best over last week so didn't get through as much exercise as I normally do. Feeling fantastic today so will be back into it all tomorrow. Don't want to push my luck today just because I am feeling so good.

Week 6 Day 3
25 mins jogging

Completed. After not feeling the best through last week and over the weekend I have had plenty of rest and after not exercising for 3 days (that is almost a cardinal sin right there!) I felt like a good burn.

So I got my ipod music mixed up again and thought I was reading I had set up 25.9 mins when it was 25.9 MB. It was actually 27.7 mins.
 Anyway no big deal for the extra couple of mins and I did have a 30 sec break at the 16 min mark before starting up again. Happy with the progress though.

Week 7 - 25 mins jogging

Completed. Actually ran about 27 mins but who's counting. :D Legs start to have enough around this time and I was thinking there's no way I could run more than 30 mins but then I didn't think I could run more then 10 mins so you never know.

Great effort, Kim. I know what you mean about that 30 minute mark. I used to (and often still do) feel fantastic until the clocks over 30 mins and then my legs start to feel heavy and really tired. My breathing is fine, but my legs give out. It does improve, though!

I haven't been for a run for almost 2 weeks. Stupid uni assignments and exams have kept me busy on top of f/t work and stupid cold weather has made me outdoors phobic :(
