I've just joined the support forum and my goal is to lose 15kg. I am going to attempt to walk for an hour on my newly purchased treadmill. Hope I can do it - I might even try jogging for a minute at certain intervals. Fingers crossed :?: .

Good on you Hayley!

The trick with treadmills is to start out slowly and build up your distance and speed gradually.

Time on a treadmill can drag a bit so it's a good idea to watch TV, listen to music or regularly change your speed while your walking to keep your mind occupied.

I've got a treadmill and use it most days (particularly now that its getting colder outside), I love it!

WTG hayley . I started out only walking 500m and that nearly killed me but i am now up to 2 km and hope to progress a little further this week .
