I thought curves was a 30 minute thing?

Can you stay for longer and do extras?

You can stay as long as you want, you are doing it in a circuit style workout, I've never been to one my self but my mum goes to one.

some curves are very specific that it is only 30 mins, but mine is more lenient. I find going around the circuit four times gives me a good solid workout :D

Oh okay, I might reconsider it then.

Which one do you go to? I'm in Melbourne too.

Greensborough is probably the closest to me I think.
