My exercise today
20 crunches
30 step-ups
20 minute walk
50 dumbbell lifts

My Exercise this week..

4k bike ride at gym=20 min.
4k walk on treadmill=40 min.

I did this Mon to Fri and on Sat and Sun I will go swimming with my
kids, this is more for fun.

Muscles are still protesting from the Aqua classes but I still did a 2km walk this afternoon.
