My exercise today will be walking around the shops for 3 hours.

I could do with a shopping trip - but alas I must continue exercising!! LOL

Only limited exercise today due to sore places that I didn't know existed on a human body!! Thanks to my workout yesterday.

But have done:
AB Crunch - 12 reps x 3 with 60 second breaks between
Glutes Stretch (gotta get a rear somehow!) :oops:
Breathing Exercises
Tummy Vac 12 reps
Squats - 15
Ab Crunch with Ball - 12 x 3 reps with 60 second breaks between

Don't think I will do any more today.

2 hours of gardening again .lol Its starting to look more like a garden then the jungle hehehe but i must say after 45mins of wippersnipping the edges and such i have limp wrist disease lol my wrist are so sore
