I could do with a shopping trip - but alas I must continue exercising!! LOL
Only limited exercise today due to sore places that I didn't know existed on a human body!! Thanks to my workout yesterday.
But have done:
AB Crunch - 12 reps x 3 with 60 second breaks between
Glutes Stretch (gotta get a rear somehow!)
Tummy Vac 12 reps
Squats - 15
Ab Crunch with Ball - 12 x 3 reps with 60 second breaks between
Don't think I will do any more today.
