this morning i did 20 mins on the cross trainer, and 20 mins on the treadmill. i burnt 200 cals.

lol i accidentally wrote it in mondays exercise diary today but i deleted it and just put it in tuesdays where it belongs :lol: :lol: :oops: :P

Dane's school has just started their Fitness club - they do laps around their school oval and get awards when they reach a certain number of laps. I think the circuit is about 1/2km - but I'll find out for certain...

Anyway, the point is I managed 5 laps, jogging/walking, which I would have been proud of, if Dane hadn't managed 6! LOL - lapped by a short legged 5 year old!

So I jumped on the tready tonight for an extra 1/2 hour at 6kph, and an incline of 5.... not hugely impressive but a huge improvement on even last week.

hey dee what a great thing for kids to do. i remember doing that at my primary school. it was all about fun too not about winning
