45 min run with heidi around the footy oval

today i took heidi up to the local footy oval about a 5 minute drive and we often take her up there to just run feral and she cant hurt herself or get up to mischief so i took her up there and we ran around the oval together- me basically running after her for nearly an hour. she wasnt impressed when we had to leave though. but there were a group of boys that come to the oval and started whacking golf balls around the place.

Half an hour on the treadmill, varying incline, speed no less than 5 kph - actually got up to 9.8kph (for a whole minute) at the end.

I got off the tready tonight and Dane says to me - "oh mummy, you're tummy is getting so so smal now, you're nearly as flat as me..." hehehehe (His ribs are clearly outlined, so I thnk I have a while to go yet lol)

eeek none for me today, Ive woken up with a shocking lower back ache so Ive spent most of the day lying on the lounge floor
Hopefully It will be gone when I wake up tomorrow so I can go for a nice long walk (my boy's in childcare, so I get some me time to exercise :) )

Oh no, you poor thing Vegetable... when my lower back gets sore, I lie on the floor with my knees hugged to my chest and just rock forwards and backwards, it always makes me feel better...

I went to the gym today, did my weights routine for an hour, and cycling warm up for 5 minutes before.

Now there's a scary thought Kate... I often wonder what they say to their mates about life at home. (And when I'm going to get my first call from the Department of Human Services!) hehehehehe
