1.5 hours at the gym. (20 mins treadmill and cross trainer, rest weights)
45 mins walk a bit later.

1/2 hour on x trainer (1st time I have used it for ages nearly killed me LOL :lol: )

Ive done 10 minutes on the cross trainer and when i take the kids to the park after school Im going to jog/walk for 20

I agree Kate but whoever said exercise is good for you must have been crazy :lol: :oops: :lol: ... Shannon's comment is that "when exercising pain is just weakness leaving the body". I think I have a lot of weakness leaving today :roll: :roll:
