That's great Jody and you can see an improvement already which is great. I find that the most motivating thing is that I can feel the improvement and it makes me want to get better. :D

I went for 20mins again today, I seem to be going every second day which works for me because on the non-running days I jump on the cross trainer, so exercise is a daily thing for me now WHO WOULD HAVE EVER THOUGHT ID SAY THAT!, It was so gorgeous down the oval that I stayed there after the run and did some sit ups and leg lifts and streches it was so nice doing it out in the sun and in the fresh air

not a good running day today, I ran on a walk path and it really hurt my outer lower legs, which is a shame because it was along the beach and a really nice place to run , my shoes are pretty crap so maybe its time for an up-grade in shoes, so I only lasted 15mins-I will head back to the park tomorrow

Oh yeah the thermogenic shake Im having has upped my temp I usually sit around 36 degrees and when I took it today it was 37, even tho to get an accurate ready it should be done first thing in the morning, I tend to do it every time Im at work, so maybe its done something, who knows, if not its definately decreased my appitite which is great because the extra exercise Im doing is making me extra hungry, and the protien boost will do me good :D

Concrete can be nasty Jody but for me I love running outdoors so sometimes you can't get around it. I opt for non path wherever possible. The treadmill at the gym will be the option for miserable days through winter.

You're doing great Jody, keep it up. :D

Well naughty naughty me hasnt had a run since thursday because I was away over the weekend and went out for lunch yesterday which took up the whole day! but along with my flashy new toy that I got for mothers day- a Sony walkman mp3, come pedometer, come distance timer, come calorie converter thats been designed for runners I hit the park today and managed 3.5kms during my c25k program, Im pissed that Im still on the week 1 program but thats all I can manage without having a major asthma attack I did really well and I recover alot quicker but am ready to fall over while running. I downloaded a podcast that tells me when to run and walk which I find helpful.
