4 hours cleaning i definately earn a star for that but i am not going to give myself one because its not 'additional exercise', i did lots of things i usually dont do throughout the week like cleaning under the microwave, cleaning the windows and mirrors and spot cleaning the lounges and carpets though. now my house is as fresh as a daisy :)

I have to admit that since I have made the pledge to myself about no computer time until I have done at least 30 minutes exercise has really helped, even though it is only early days yet!! The last two days I have completed the exercises AND made sure the house is all up together before I get on the computer!! I am actually finding that by doing the exercise in the morning as soon as the kids go to school that I have more energy throughout the day!! :D

No exercise today for me, I think I overdid it at the gym yesterday and can hardly move. Ouch! :?
