Good morning everyone!
My exercise for today
I'll take one of the dogs for a short walk
my family can walk the other two dogs.
Then I'm going back to bed with my Harry Potter book

Afternoon!

My wisdom teeth surgery is now healed enough to exercise again! I just got back from a walk around the waterworks reserve. 55 min. Hope I sleep better tonight!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Glad u are on the mend there dawn
Not much exercise today but did do weekly shop and hunt some more xmas pressies to laybye took about 2 hours though
