Well goodbye to April *waves*

WATP 2 mile walk.....

I will hopefully be going for a walk this afternoon or at least start some circuit training from the BL Change Your Life Book...... :D

30min ride with my very own 3 yr old personal trainer on the back telling me- come on mummy make the wheels go around! & faster faster mummy, & DONT STOP! and my personal favourite 1, 2,3,4,5 as he counted how many times the pedels went around :?
