New program for upper body today, stuck to light weights to check and improve form

Warmup : 5 minutes rowing machine
Bench Press: 4 X 10 X 45 kg
Incline DB press: 3 X 12 X 12.5 kg
Chin Ups: 3 X 3
Tricep Extensions EZ Bar: 3 X 12 X 10 kg
Bicep Curls: 3 X 12 X 9 kg
Trusylver

bugger all so far today, because I woke up with a huge headache and the tablets I took make me sleepy and lazy, mind you I have vacuumed, sweept, mopped, hung out 3 loads of washing that must count for something surely

Upper body weights (my pathetic attempt at them, anyway, my pecs just didn't want to cooperate after the lethal push ups track in Attack!!!!)
