Circuit strenght training (15min 2 circuits, situps, pushups, side leg-lifts, bum lifters, squats, 2 elastic band arm strengtheners 10 of each), skipping (10min) got a headache, not enough hydration so tht's it for the day. But I did do some frantic cleaning today - some guests decided to come tonight and not tomorrow.
I'd just like to point out that I don't like strength excercises. I'd so much prefer to be out walking somewhere nice
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
