Things got hectic at work so no workout Thurs, then Fri was a special lunch/party due to the end of the project I have been on so did nada then too. So....

21 mins c25k
60 mins extra walking
20 mins stretching

Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs
