20 mins cross trainer (10min low resistance and fast 10min very high resis.tance)
will do c25k this arvo for 20min

yeah it is great Kate, I had an incident where my fingers got stuck in the ball and I nearly went down the lane with it, or my thumb nearly got pulled off :shock: It was funny after,but at one point I didnt think my fingers were coming out :lol: :lol:

not one strike the most i got down was 9. The gutter and my ball were certainly very close after the game was over :lol:

nun i didnt go to bed late so i slept in, but im slowly beginning to exercise, i wanna loose a kilo a week, how much do you guys recommend

1 kilo a week is a good goal for a male i think but anything under a kilo is great too :)
