Took one of the doggies and went for a 20 minute walk. Or should I say she took me for a walk (the rest of the family can take the other dogs for their walks)

having dogs must be a great incentive to go walkies! I wish I had a doggie - but living in a rental is not conducive to pet ownership :(

Anyway, I'm a tad sore from yesterday's workout (although I found doing skipping as just a component helped. I bought the rope ages ago and wanted to do 1/2 hour of skipping per day. My shins packed it in by day 2 ).

I'm just about to go for a walk around the waterworks reserve in the rain. Lurvely.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
