In the city today, there is a big environment/art expo. Part of it will be a free dance space with electronic music. I thought I would take Audrey, my youngest daughter, in with me and dance as well as take in the expo.

I havent danced for aggggggges. I used to love it and once lost heaps of weight mainly through dancing.

Well done Carla! I was thinking about you today.

Linda, so many people drive to the gym spend 2 hours walking on the treadmill then they drive home again.
It's wonderful to hear you did excercise on the way to the gym by riding your bike.

Walked around Salamanca market for 15 mins in the morning before work, then went for a walk around the docks and park after dinner for 30-40 mins.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"

how lovely to take a walk with such beautiful scenery, much more easily to be motivated that way.
