More, as the day went on
3km walk at lunch
moving delivery of "seconds" food into our Low Cost Food Store (3 huge palletts piled high with goods) - felt like I was on a task on the Biggest Loser!!!
10mins on treadmill at home
2008 - my year to be great!!

None today and all week :( I've got a cold atm and it sucks! Its amazing how when you cant do exercise you miss it so much!! Cant wait to get back into it! It has been great not going to work though...he he

HA HA thanks Sassy girl...its so frustrating getting sick especially when you look after yourself!! I was feeling so good last week too...

Have been resting all week so am looking forward to feeling better next week! My naturopath made up a crazy concoction for me, has definately been helping! :D
