I really should do some strength training today, but I really can't be bothered
I'd so much prefer to go for a walk. My partner has opened a couple of packets of biscuits too and even though I've hidden them in a cupboard, I still know they're there.
this is the point I usually get to, about a week in to any of my 'plans' where I find some excuse to not do it any more.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
