Does cleaning the house constitute exercise? lol.

Anyway, after I'm done with the house, I'll go for a walk somewhere.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

I think it does. I actually had a graph once that showed how many calories you burn for each house chore.

Really? Gee, well I've just spent 3 hours tidying, vacuuming and cleaning the house, doing washing etc. I think maybe I'll just have an easy day today and not go for a walk. But I will walk down to the Uni for work tomorrow and back.
