You're not huge Tanya. How exciting that you just have 5 or less kilograms before you reach your goal, I wish I was you.

Walked to Uni for work and back (20min there, 35 back). Might also do some strength exercises too this arvo.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

I wore my pedometer today,

Over 10,000 step walk around where I live and down by the river.

8161 steps for me on my pedo., although I'm not sure how well it measures the steep climbs and stairs
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
