3 sets of 10 situps.. and believe me I'm feeling it.. :lol:
10 minutes "broom twists".. not sure what to really call them!!

I stand up straight, feet aligned with my shoulders, put a broom under my arms across my back and twist the top half of my body.. so broom twists.. heeheehee.. a friend of mine told me about them a couple of years ago and believe it or not, I lost one of my fat rolls from doing it every day. It works for me so I've stuck with it. :)
