Walking around the shops for a couple of hours will be my exercise for today.

Emptied 3 trailer loads of landscape shaper!! Plus colllecting rocks from the acreage for the rockery!

Love the ticker Maria!!!

Probably 20 mins of walking (market) including 5 mins of carrying shopping - my arms were about to go on strike when i got to the car!

Plus it was flat out at work at the market stall today which keeps my heart rate up and leaves me mentally and physically pooped!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

I walked down to do the local election this morning. But I feel I need to do more exercise. Im wearing the pedo and have clocked up about 4 1/2 thousand steps so far.

I dont feel like swimming. I dont feel like walking that much either, today.

My garden could do with some heavy duty work, weeding, whipper-snippering (dont have a lawn mower), composting and seed-planting. But it's ahhh...already 4.30 and I dont feel like this either...ha. Hmmm....maybe this is where I need to do the 'do it even when totally unmotivated' thing.

My tummy felt a little flatter today. My skirt, just that ever little bit looser!

Motivation motivation motivation....need some.
