i should have filled this in yesterday :P....

well i didnt really do much excercise at all.... i went for about a 15-20 min walk... but the person i was walking with liked to dawdle.. :( its alright for him hes all skin and bones...

i think i will start a new personal progress page as some what of a blog about how things are going in general with my body.

sounds good! looking forward to reading your blog. sorry your walking partner wasnt too into it but im sure when you are on your own you are a powerhouse!
