Yay I finally did some excerise.

30 min excerise bike
50 x 2 squats
50 crunches
50 bum excerises

Still got to walk the dog to but will do that after lunch, thats will be 30 min
Mel :)

WEEK 1 - 86.5 kg
WEEK 2 - 84.9kg

went for a walk dont know how far we went but my father in law had his pedometer on and it shwoed 7000 steps.

30min at the gym

5min on bike
2x 15 leg presses
2x 30 stup ups
2x 15 in and outs
2x 10 push up (on a bar)
3.5min on the X-trainer
5min on bike
1min cool down program
2x 15 basic crunches
2x 15 medicine ball twists
then streches
( i do the same thing everytime i go to the gym) ( but i put the X-trainer up 30sec everytime)
