yerggh, migraines. So glad mine seem to have gone away.
Didn't do any formal exercise today. My right calf is really sore, not sure if I've busted something, so I took it easy. Just did a bit of housework, and a bit of moving stuff around. planning to walk down to town tomorrow though.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
