Going for a brisk 30 minute walk with one of the dogs (if they don't pull on the lead too much) :shock:

walked down town to a friends birthday brunch (45 min), then walked around town for an hour and a half doing chrissy shopping
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Gots my cd player today so ididnt do any due to rain but will be tomorrow and the rest
