Have been rather slack whilst on holiday. Little exercise and not writing it down when I do manage it.

So....today back to work and back to my regular exercise routine. Joined a new gym as my contract expired on my other one and this one is right across the road from work.

20 mins walking - hills

1/2 hour on treadmill - gradient six. (LOL - I think I broke my tready - it won't go back down, but it's still a decent workout!)

It's amazing me how far I've regressed. I will have to remember this next time I'm tempted to skip a day, which quickly turns into a week, then a month, and you're all out of shape again!
