Did I workout today or what?
I did the following today..
50 x Starjumps (thanx Kate for the idea LOL
60 x Pushups (using Kitchen bench..and OUCH..my muscles are already hurting
45 mins on the Tready (with a 5 min joggy runny thing
40 min Core Secrets Exercise ball workout..
and I might see how I am after Tea as to whether I jump back on the Tready for another stint or not
My poor little Kidlet's have been wondering what the heck their Mummy is doing rolling around the place on a ginormous ball LMAO..
and you wanna know the best thing??
I feel great..I really do..infact, I'm buzzin' ROFLMAO
