Okay, I've already combatted my exercise for today..in one foul sweep :D

40 mins Swiss Ball or Exercise Ball

45 mins or 4.5 kms Walking on Tready

So that's me for today..any extra and it's a bonus..gotta love days off hey? :P

Went 4 a drive to a local forest and did the "1000 steps" up there 3 times, was a great 1 1/2 workout! :D

Just adding that I also did the following yesterday as well...

20 x Pushups (using kitchen bench)

15 mins Walking/Jogging on Tready.
