I don't normally exercise on weekends
so my walking around the shops will be it, for today.

Ill be walking to a local arts festival.

Id like to do some other kind of exercise today but am not sure what yet!

Walked around the market and worked all day - quite enough for me. need sleep. Late night + neighbours getting home drunk and being noisy at 3am + busy day at work = tired Tegan
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Been a bit slack going to the gym lately, only went twice in the last week, so I went today and did a double workout, cardio and weights.
