Today after a quick 3 hour shift at work I did:

2 hours Vacuuming my house - every room, every piece of skirting board + window sill :shock:

45 mins cleaning up the rest of the house (darn kids :roll: ) + doing the laundry :?

36.5 mins on the Tready...

and now I'm knackered..*slumps in chair* :)

20 x Push up (using Swiss Ball)

40 x Crunches (using Swiss Ball)

20 x Squats (using Swiss Ball)

gym today

Today I went to gym and did 30 mins on bike then 40mins on treadmill, I have to really push myself to go to the gym but once I have finished I feel great!!!!! :D

5 mins stretching
5 mins walking
