one tea break I will use just to walk.

6 hour walk from the Springs to Wellington Falls then back via the pipeline track to Neika. The track from the Springs was VERY overgrown, and had turned into a creek for some of the way and at least 1/2 of it was going over big rocks (my ankle is NOT HAPPY JAN today). My legs were buggered by the falls so the bloke went back along the track from hell to the Springs to get the car while I took the recently refurbished and very nice track back to Neika.

My feet are killing me....but the walk was nice really apart from the boulders. Nice scenery when you didn't have to watch your feet and the waterfall was spetacular!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
