35 mins weight training, although it actually took about an hour as we were setting up the machines etc at my new gym....yayyy it was heaps of fun. The equipment is amazing but you don't get to cheat as they even set the range of motion and if you don't meet it the rep isn't counted. If you go too fast it beeps at you and tells you to slow down. So my muscles feel like they have had a workout and having not done any strength training for about 4 weeks
