35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

squats using a seat - 15x 3reps
ab crunch on gymball - 12 x 3 reps

Wow Carla good job, that's 50 minutes, not counting all the walking you do at work.

Jules I like what you've done with putting the cals for each exercise so I thought I would too.

Calisthenics home exercise, light or moderate effort, general, going up & down from floor for 20 mins = 69 cal

Stretching, hatha yoga 25 mins = 74 cal

Child care; sitting/kneeling-dressing, bathing, grooming, feeding, occasional lifting of child-light effort 3hrs = 355 cal :D

Cooking or food preparation - walking 2 hours = 178 cal

Dressing, undressing (standing or sitting) 13 minutes = 19 cal

hiking , cross country 30 minutes = 148

total cals burnt=843
