Calisthenics home exercise, light or moderate effort, general, going up & down from floor for 20 mins = 69 cal
Stretching, hatha yoga 25 mins = 74 cal
Child care; sitting/kneeling-dressing, bathing, grooming, feeding, occasional lifting of child-light effort 3hrs = 355 cal
Cooking or food preparation - walking 2 hours = 178 cal
Dressing, undressing (standing or sitting) 13 minutes = 19 cal
hiking , cross country 30 minutes = 148
total cals burnt=843
