maybe they have it on you tube. i forget the moves to the ketchup haha

Ha ha yeah she does push me very hard but today was pretty intense, boxing isnt much fun lol!

Yeah Zojo, I always feel stuffed when I leave, but I do feel proud that I managed to get through the hour or 45 mins. I've tried other trainers at different places, have wasted alot of money on crap training, and finally I've found someone who pushes me to my limits, and keeps the sessions interesting. I'm very happy...and even happier when i get to walk out the door he he :D

1hr 45mins at the gym.
1 hour of cardio including:
*2km run-170 calories
*3km row-150 calories
*20 mins on the climber/stepper thingy-330 calories
*10 mins on the cross trainer-130 calories

Rest of the time was weights.
