I didnt do very much today, feel abit guilty about it.

20 min areobics and 50 crunches. Plus running and packing up after the kids at work all day as i worked alone

I went through my gym program tonight (not too many weight exercises - yay!) and did my cardio assessment. I wasn't expecting this workout at 9pm :o
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

:arrow: 50 wall push ups
:arrow: 100 step ups
:arrow: Various arm toning exercises (about 120 all up I think)
