Will walk down to the local post office to post a form to Medicare and see if I can post a magnetic necklace to Dad. Not sure how far it is, but it's all uphill on the way back.

was around 5000 steps, about 45 mins

one hour walk

10 abdo crunches and 10 stretches (tippy toes, finger-tip to sky)

Those stretches are great. They seemed to invigorate me. So easy to do too. Might do 15 tomorrow.

Damn rain stopped my walk . I was already to go the down it came (sighs ) will have to go double tomorrow did go to playgroup today so that was good exercise i guess

Walk/run-playing with children-moderate 325 cal in 1 hr30mins

25 min excercise bike
20 minute dumbell excercises
500 abswing swings (about 20 min)

Soft!!!!! :P Nothing wrong with rain! I used to umpire the footy, sometimes I'd do two games in a row in pouring rain up to my ankles in mud. Fantastic stuff. :lol:
